WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR AMENITY FEE?

Our amenity fee is $19.99 plus taxes and includes WiFi, full access to our Fitness Center and outdoor space, El Patio, plus two cocktails daily!

WHAT IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME?

Check-in time at Radio Hotel is at 3PM. Checkout is 12PM.

 

ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! We love pets at Radio. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 pets, per room, at max weight of 50 pounds. There is also a $50 fee per pet, per night. We may assess a deep cleaning or damage fee for incidents.

 

CAN I SMOKE?

There is no vaping or smoking allowed at Radio Hotel. There is a $250 penalty for smoking on property.

 

IS THERE HYPO-ALLERGENIC BEDDING?

Please ask at the front desk before arrival.

IS THERE A GYM?

Yass, keep up with that routine! Our gym is open 24-hours for hotel guests.

 

IS THERE A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM?

While we don’t have coffee machines in our rooms, we have a lobby coffee shop where you can purchase coffee, tea and snacks!

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER ROOM SERVICE?

We do! We offer limited room-service between 4pm and 10:30pm.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DINING OPTIONS AT THE HOTEL?

Our on-site restaurant, JALAO NYC, offers a contemporary Dominican cuisine and is open for breakfast, dinner, happy hour and weekend brunch.

 

ARE THERE PUBLIC SPACES?

Yes! We love our inviting gathering spaces at Radio Hotel where guests can relax, enjoy a coffee or cocktail, mingle or get work done. This includes our lobby area and outdoor courtyard for hotel guests and diners at JALAO.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST TRAIN TO THE HOTEL?

Radio Hotel is located just a 25–30-minute subway ride to Times Square. The 1 train (red line) is located two blocks away and the A train (blue line), which is express, is located five blocks away.

IS THE FRONT DESK STAFFED 24 HOURS?

Yes, we are here to assist you at anytime.

 

IS THERE AN INCIDENTAL HOLD ON MY CREDIT CARD AT CHECK IN?

Yes, we put a hold on your card for $75 per night for incidentals. This is refunded at checkout if there are no dining charges or damages to the room.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do accept cash payments, but only at check out.

 

IS THERE INTERNET?

Yes, we want you to stay connected! WiFi is included in our amenity fee for all hotel guests.

 

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE?

Of course. If your room isn’t ready upon arrival or you’re looking to explore the city after checkout, we’re happy to store your luggage at the front desk.

WILL YOU ACCEPT PACKAGES?

We can accept small packages with guest name and arrival date on them.

 

WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO BOOK A GROUP OF ROOMS?

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Valet parking is available at 180th street. Parking height restriction for vehicles is 86″. The price is $35 per 24-hour period for a sedan, $47 for SUV, and additional charges for oversized vehicles with no in and out privileges.
